摘要
采用MTT法测试海绵胶煤炱菌、条纹炭角菌、瑞克纤孔菌、木蹄层孔菌、红缘拟层孔菌和高木蹄层孔菌6种高等真菌醇提物对人食道癌细胞(Eca109、TE-1)、人肺腺癌细胞(PC-9)、人结肠癌细胞(HT29,HCT116)、人乳腺癌细胞(MCF-7,MDA-MB-231)、人肝癌细胞(HepG2,SMMC-7721)和人白血病细胞(MV4-11,H1975)等11种恶性肿瘤细胞的抗肿瘤活性。结果表明:海绵胶煤炱菌醇提物对Eca109,MDA-MB-231,MV4-11和SMMC-7721四种瘤株有较强的抗肿瘤活性,条纹炭角菌醇提物对SMMC-7721瘤株有较强的抗肿瘤活性。
Antitumor activities of the ethanol extracts of Scorias spongiosa, Xylaria grammica Pat. , [non- otus rickii, Fornes fomentarius, Fomitopsis pinicola and Fomes robustus against eleven kinds of malignant tumor cell line (Ecal09, TE-1, PC-9, HT29, HCT116, MCF-7, MDA-MB-231, HepG2, SMMC -7721, MV4 -11 and H1975) were tested by MTT assay. The results show that the ethanol ex- tract of Scorias spongiosa has strong antitumor activity against Ecal09, MDA -MB -231, MV4 -11 and SMMC -7721 cell, and the ethanol extract of Xylaria grammica Pat. has strong antitumor activity against SMMC - 7721 cell.
