摘要
结合崇信县实际发展情况,研究了崇信生态县建设目标,分析了崇信生态县建设的优势条件和制约因素,对崇信生态县建设重点领域提出相应的建设思路和措施。
Combined with the actual development of the Chongxin county, the construction objectives of ecological county were studied, and the advantages and the disadvantages of building ecological county were analyzed. Finally the building ideas and appropriate measures in the priority areas were proposed.
