摘要
进入21世纪以来,汽车产业得到快速发展,汽车作为现代生活的重要工具,已开始大量普及。老旧汽车的高耗能、高污染及其巨大的安全隐患,以及城市对高污染黄标车的限行等政策,加速了老旧汽车的报废,如何从环境保护和资源节约利用的角度,对废旧汽车进行拆解和资源回收,是当前资源节约型社会的重要议题。
Since the 21th century, the auto industry has got rapid development, and the automobile as an important tool has begun to spread in people＇s life. The old cars are energy-intensive, high pollution and has great potential safety hazard, and the policies in the city restricts the high pollution sticker vehicles, which all accelerate the scrap rate. So, how to dismantle and recycle use the automobile in the view of environmental protection and resource conservation that is an important issue, in the resource saving society.
