摘要
日本在污染土壤修复立法方面,分为农用地土壤污染和城市工业用地土壤污染两种情况,分别制定了《农用地土壤污染防止法》和《土壤污染对策法》,介绍了基于两种法律的污染土壤指定标准和特定有害物质的种类及其检测分析方法。
The legislations of contaminated soil remediation in Japan are classified into agricultural land and urban industrial land soil contamination, and the corresponding laws are ＂agricultural land soil contamination prevention law＂ and ＂soil contamination countermeasures law＂. Based on the above-mentioned two laws, the appointed standards of soil remediation and the kinds and the detection and analysis methods of specific hazardous substances are introduced.
