摘要
当前医患关系环境下临床实践教学面临诸多困难。为探求临床实践教学现状与需要,在南京地区6家南京医科大学附属医院共计820名临床教师、实习生及患者中开展问卷调查。结果显示,90%的受调查者认为临床实践教学各环节中需要充填尊重与关心等医学人文内容。据此选择了恰当的医学人文方法融入传统临床实践教学方法中,在303名教师和学生中进行了22次改革试验,93%的学生和教师综合评价改革成效为:新临床实践教学方法较好地显示了医学人文关怀、促进医患沟通、遵守相关法规、促进学生主动学习及提高临床教学质量。
Clinical practice teaching is facing lots of obstacles in the current physician-patient relationship. To investigate the present situation and needs, a questionnaire survey recruited 820 clinical physicians, training interns, and patients from 6 hospitals affiliated to Nanjing Medical University. The results show that 90 ~ inquirers agree with the medical humanities including fully respect and regards should be stressed the whole clinical practice teaching. We selected and integrated the appropriate medical humanities protocols into the traditional clinical practice teaching modules, 22 innovation pilot experiments were performed in 303 clinical teachers and medical students. The significant improvement based on the comments of 93 % them demonstrated that the new method can effectively reflect the human care, promote physician-patient communication and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, encourage active learning and improve the quality of clinical teaching.
