摘要
人文医学执业技能培训是提升医生人文素质和执业能力的重要途径。为了更好地了解合肥市医师人文医学执业技能的培训现状和需求,选取合肥市21家医疗机构的1 048名医生进行问卷调查。调查结果显示,知道"人文医学执业技能"这一概念的医生占39.7%,参加过培训的医生占20.5%,接受过培训的医生对培训效果的评价并不高,但却有较高的培训需求意愿。由此可见,进一步加强人文医学执业技能的培训力度、完善培训内容和方法是当前培训工作的重中之重。
This is an important way to improve the physicians' humanistic quality and practice ability through medical humanities professional skills training. In order to deeply understand the medical humanities professional skills training status and demand of Hefei, we selected 1 048 doctors from 21 medical institutions to conduct questionnaire survey. Among all the 1 048 physicians, we surveyed those who know the concept of "medical humanities professional skills" accounted for 39.7%, the ones who had participated in the medical humanities professional skills training accounted for 20. 5 %. The effects of the training was not highly estimated by the physicians who received the training, but there is a high demand for the training. Therefore, it is the key of the current training work to strengthen the efforts of the medical humanities professional skills training, perfect the training contents and methods.
