经络研究的回顾与反思

Review on the Studies on Meridians

回顾与反思的根本目的在于避免再犯类似的错误。经络研究的失败是一个不争的事实,通过对这一失败的反思可获得五点启示:研究目标背离针灸学的核心、研究思路错误、研究方向迷失、对学术本质认识不清、民族情感干扰理性判断。但遗憾的是,我们没有从中吸取教训,并在重复着类似的错误。经络本质的探索应当准确辨识古人的相关认识。经络本质的研究并不等同于现代针灸学研究。现代针灸学研究应立足于临床疗效的提高及针灸治病规律、治病机制的探索。

The fundamental goal of reviewing and rethinking the history is to avoid making the same mistake. It is indisputable that studies on meridians are unsuccessful. However, we can get five enlightenments from it. Such as, research purposes deviate from the core of acupuncture, research ideas are wrong, research directions are lost, unclear to the academic nature, national emotion disturb rational judgment. Unfortunately, we don＇t draw lessons from that and repeat the similar mistake. We should identify accurately knowledge in ancient times before we explore the essence of meridian. The study of meridian essence is not the same as the study of modern acupuncture, the latter based on improving the clinical effect and exploring mechanism of acupuncture treatment.
