柳氮磺吡啶联合双歧杆菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

To observe the clinical effects of sulfasalazine combined with bifidobacterium in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

目的观察柳氮磺吡啶联合双歧杆菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法 2007～2012年76例溃疡性结肠炎随机分为观察组40例,对照组36例。观察组40例给予口服柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片1.0 g,4次/d,,双歧杆菌0.63 g,3次/d;对照组36例给予口服柳氮磺吡啶1.0 g,4次/d,两组患者治疗时间均为12周,餐后服用。结果观察组及对照组临床症状改善有效率分别为90.0%、72.2%。观察组的临床综合疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）,观察组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,观察组的症状改善明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论柳氮磺吡啶联合双歧杆菌治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效优于单一柳氮磺吡啶治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。

ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of method of sulfasalazine combined with bifidobacterium in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods2007~2012 years 76 cases of ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into the observation group of 40 cases, 36 cases in the control group. 40 cases in the observation group were given sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets 1.0 g, 4 times/d, oral, bifidobacterium 0.63 g,3 times/d, oral; 36 cases in control group were given sulfasalazine 1.0 g, 4 times/d, oral, two groups of patients treated for 12weeks, after meal.ResultsIn the observation group and the control group in improving clinical symptoms respectively： 72.2%, 90%. The clinical curative effect was better than the observation group control group（P0.05）, the treatment group and the observation group had significantly difference（P0.01）, the group of symptoms improved significantly better than the control group（P0.01）.ConclusionCurative effect is better than single sulfasalazine in treatment of ulcerative colitis conclusion sulfasalazine combined with bifidobacterium in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
