颈椎体终板炎的低场磁共振表现与探讨

摘要 目的探讨颈椎椎间盘退变中的椎体终板炎的低场MRI表现,以提高对颈椎终板炎的诊断水平,减少误诊及漏诊,给临床医生诊疗提供信息。方法采用日立牌0.35T低场磁共振仪对312例颈椎椎间盘退病患者行MRI扫描,分析颈椎终板炎的MRI信号表现及形态特征。结果在312例颈椎间盘退变病例中,有116例患者退变椎间盘相邻椎板有不同程度的信号异常改变,累及335个颈椎椎体终板,其中119个终板在T1 WI、T2 WI上呈长T1、长T2信号,195个终板的骨髓在T1 WI、T2 WI上均呈高信号,21个终板的骨髓在T1 WI、T2 WI上均呈低信号,信号的形态可分为斑片状、三角形、窄带样。结论低场强条件下MR对颈椎间盘退变中的终板炎可以做出相应的诊断,且有较明确的信号及形态改变,结合分期,给临床治疗提供更多信息。 ObjectiveThe low field MRI findings of cervical disc degeneration in the vertebral endplate osteochondriis, to improve the level of diagnosis of cervical endplate osteochondritis, reduce the misdiagnosis and to provide information for clinical doctors.MethodsBy using HITACHI 0.35T low field MRI in 312 cases of cervical intervertebral disc back disease underwent MRI scanning, analysis of MRI signal features and morphology of 116 cases of cervical endplate osteochondriis.ResultsIn 312 cases of cervical intervertebral disc degeneration cases, 116 cases of patients with degenerative intervertebral disc adjacent lamina had abnormal signal in different degree, involving 335 vertebral endplate, of which 119 endplate in T1 WI, T2 WI showed long T1, long T2 signal; 195 endplate bone marrow in the T1 WI, T2 WI showed high signal, 21 endplate bone marrow in T1 WI, T2 WI showed low signal, can be divided into the shape of a patchy, triangular, narrow band like.ConclusionLow field MR under the condition of corresponding diagnosis of cervical disc degeneration in the endplate osteochondriis can be, and change the morphology, signal and clear with staging, clinical treatment to provide more information.
