神经递质释放的计算机图像分析系统

摘要 抗体微探针是一项测量中枢神经系统中神经递质释放位置及其释放量的技术 ,神经递质释放的计算机图像分析系统扫描抗体微探针的放射自显影胶片 ,并将图像存入系统中。通过分析放射自显影图像的特点 ,根据有效、快速的原则 ,提出了有针对性的去噪、平滑等图像处理方法。从图像处理后的结果曲线上可以判断出神经递质释放的位置以及其释放量。 Antibody microprobes is a means of measuring the location and amount of transmitter released in the central nervous system.Autoradiographs of antibody microprobes are scanned and stored by the image analysis system based on a personal computer.Digital image processing method such as image smoothness is applied according to the speciality of autoradiographs and efficiency and speed of processing.From the out coming curve,we can determine the location and amount of transmitter released in central nervous system.
