风湿胶囊质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Capsule for Fengshi

目的:建立了风湿胶囊的质量标准。方法:采用显微鉴别法鉴别杜仲、续断、全蝎、白术、钩藤、千年健、党参;采用TLC法对方中白术进行了薄层定性鉴别。结果:显微鉴别专属性强;TLC定性鉴别分离度好,专属性强。结论:本方法简便易行、重现性好,可用于风湿胶囊的质量标准。

Objective：To establish the quality control standard of Fengshi capsule. Methods： the microscopic identification method in identification of eucommia bark, Dipsacus, scorpion, largehead atractylodes rhizome, dangshen, Baizhu, rhynchophylla A ; TLC method was used to each other in the TLC. Results：the microscopic identification of specific：TLC qualitative identification and separating degree, strong specificity.Conclusion：the method is simple, reproducible, and can be used for the quality standard of Fengshi capsules.
