白芥平喘凝胶膏剂毒性试验研究

目的:研究新制剂白芥平喘凝胶膏剂的毒性反应。方法:依据《中药新药研究指南》设立高低剂量组,将膏剂贴于试验大鼠的去毛皮肤,观察大鼠的毒性反应,并与空白对照组进行比较。结果:试验期间未见大鼠死亡,长期毒性试验中观察到部分大鼠出现局部皮肤红肿,其他与对照组相比未见显著性差异。结论:白芥平喘凝胶膏剂安全无毒性。
