开菲尔粒中一株高加索酸奶乳杆菌的分离及鉴定 被引量:13

摘要 目的:确从黑龙江民间流传使用的开菲尔粒中分离到一株优势乳酸菌,并命名为HUCM 101,经形态学及16S rR NA序列分析,鉴定为高加索酸奶乳杆菌(Lactobacillus kefiri),其16S rR NA基因序列在国际Genbank数据库中的序列注册号为KC845576。 Objective: One predominant lactic acid bacteria named HUCM 101 was isolated from the kefir which was used popularly among folk families of Heilongjiang, China. This bacteria was identified to be Lactobacillus kefiri by phenotypical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequences. The Genhank accession number of 16S rRNA sequences of HUCM 101 strain is KC845576.
