大鼠单侧后牙缺失下颌髁突软骨PGE_2水平的研究

摘要 目的通过建立SD大鼠单侧后牙缺失动物模型,检测大鼠单侧拔牙后不同时期下颌髁突软骨中PGE2的含量。方法选择Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠48只,随机均分为8组,实验组及对照组各4组,每组6只,雌雄各半。实验组大鼠拔除左侧上下颌磨牙,分别于拔牙后3d、2周、4周和12周建立单侧后牙缺失动物模型。对照组大鼠不做拔牙处理,与实验组大鼠同期建立动物模型。检测各组大鼠在单侧拔牙后3d、2周、4周和12周下颌髁突软骨中PGE2的含量。结果 (1)拔牙后第3d、2周、4周和12周下颌髁突软骨中PGE2的含量均较对照组增高(P<0.01)。(2)单侧拔牙后3d,双侧下颌髁突软骨中PGE2的含量无显著性差异(P>0.05)。(3)单侧拔牙后2周、4周和12周,拔牙侧下颌髁突软骨中PGE2的含量较非拔牙侧下颌髁突软骨中PGE2的含量高(P<0.01)。结论单侧后牙缺失时间与下颌髁突软骨中PGE2的含量具有一定关系。 Objective To investigate the mechanism of Sprague-Dawley rats by unilateral posterior teeth loss and detect the content of PGE2 in bilateral of condyle cartilages at different time. Methods Fourty-eight Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into eight groups randomly, four experimental groups and four control groups.Each group had six rats,three were males and another three were females. The rats in the experimental groups were extracted the left maxillary and mandibular posterior teeth,then were killed after three days,two weeks,four weeks and twelve weeks.We did nothing to the rats in control groups,and they were killed at the same time corresponding to experimental groups.Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the content of PGE2 in bilateral of condyle cartilages. Results (1)The content of PGE2 in bilateral of condyle cartilages after extracting three days,two weeks ,four weeks, twelve weeks increases contrast to control group (P〈O.O1). (2)The content of PGE2 in bilateral of condyle cartilages no sig- nificant difference after unilateral extracting three days (P〉0.05). (3)The content of PGE2 in the extracting side condyle cartilage was higher than non-extracting side after unilateral extracting two weeks,four weeks,twelve weeks (P〈0.01). Conclusion The content of PGE2 in condyle cartilage relate to the time of unilateral posterior teeth loss.
