鲜食葡萄酒中单体酚提取方法初探

摘要 以红提葡萄酒为实验材料,采用有机溶剂萃取葡萄酒中的单体酚,并通过分析HPLC图谱,探讨了红提葡萄酒中单体酚的提取方法对单体酚提取率的影响,从而对样品预处理条件进行了优化探讨。结果表明,萃取方式、乙酸乙酯萃取量,萃取次数、萃取时间和震荡或旋转方式均会影响萃取和蒸馏效果,最终影响葡萄酒中单体酚的色谱分析。
