摘要
目的研究安儿宁颗粒的解热、抗炎及镇痛作用。方法运用干酵母致大鼠发热模型,观察安儿宁颗粒解热作用;通过安儿宁颗粒对小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性的影响观察其抗炎作用;采用醋酸致小鼠扭体模型,研究安儿宁颗粒的镇痛作用。结果与模型组比较,安儿宁颗粒中、高剂量组给药2 h后显著抑制干酵母导致的体温升高(P<0.01),其解热作用可持续至给药后4 h,但安儿宁颗粒的解热作用未见明显的剂量依赖关系。对照组腹腔液伊文兰含量为(2.7±0.5)μg·mL-1,模型组为(10.4±2.2)μg·mL-1,安儿宁颗粒低、中、高剂量组分别为(7.3±3.0),(7.4±1.7),(5.2±1.3)μg·mL-1。在15 min内,对照组小鼠扭体(33.8±13.4)次,安儿宁颗粒低、中、高剂量组分别为(28.0±13.1),(20.5±5.0),(18.2±7.9)次。结论安儿宁颗粒具有解热、抗炎及镇痛作用。
Objective To study the antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Anerning granules. Methods The autipyretic,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of An'erning granules were evaluated in the yeast-induced rat fever model and acetic acid-induced mouse inflammation model by acetic acid-induced writhing test. Results Compared with the model group, the yeast-induced increase in body temperature was significantly less in An'errting granules medium and high dose groups 2 h after treatment ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the antipyretic effect lasted for at least 4 h, but Anerning granules did not exert the antipyretic effect in a dose-dependent manner. The peritoneal fluid Evans blue contents were (2.7±0.5 ), ( 10.4 ± 2.2 ), ( 7.3±3.0), ( 7.4± 1.7 ), and (5.2± 1.3 ) μg·mL^-1 in control group, model group, An errting granules low, medium, and high dose groups, respectively. Within 15 minutes, the writhing times were ( 33.8 ± 13.4 ), ( 28.0±13.1 ), ( 20.5 ±5.0 ), and ( 18.2 ± 7.9) in the control group, An erning Granules low, medium and high dose groups, respectively. Conclusion An erning granules had antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
