摘要
为提高控制系统的稳定性,确保采集到准确的模拟量数据,以某自动轮对压装机压装过程的压力采集为对象,详细阐述了积分原理在PLC模拟量输入模块AD转换中的应用和数据转化的方法;介绍了上位机压力位移曲线绘制的方法。通过对比数据采集卡和PLC采集的压力数据,得出后者采集的数据更稳定可靠。最后依据铁路标准对PLC模拟量模块采集到的数据进行滤波处理,可以看出PLC采集的压力曲线更平滑,更能够反映实际压装力的变化。
In order to improve the stability of the control system to ensure acquiring accurate analog data, the application of integral principle in PLC input module AD conversion and the method of data conversion were discussed in detail based on the pressure acquisition during pressing process of an automated wheel - pressing machine. The method of drawing pressure displace- ment curve was proposed. Compared with the pressure data acquired by data acquisition card, the data acquired by PLC analog module were more stable and reliable. According to the railway standard, filtering the data collected by PLC analog data acquisi- tion module, the pressure curve acquired by PLC is smoother and is better to reflect the actual fitting force changes.
