摘要
液体复合材料成型(LCM)工艺过程中存在半饱和区域现象,通过控制体有限元法来模拟恒压下树脂在双尺度多孔介质中的流动特征。从模拟得到:树脂在双尺度多孔介质中的流动过程中,不同时段有不同的流动特征;在半饱和流动前沿处,压力梯度产生明显的变化;在不同的压力下,流动前沿达到同一处时压力分布的规律。
The unsaturated regional phenomenon existed in liquid composite molding (LCM). The control volume/finite ele- ment method was employed to simulate the resin in dual - scale porous medium flow characteristics at constant pressure. It can be obtained from the simulation that when the resin flows in dual - scale porous medium, it has different flow performance during dif- ferent time step. The pressure gradient generates obvious change at unsaturated flow front. And the law of pressure distribution at the same flow front was obtained under different pressure.
