摘要 针对实际管理决策中,决策问题要求多个决策者参与,同时需要全面、细腻的描述方法体现对客观事物的认识和表达的问题,将直觉模糊多属性群决策方法应用于企业产品管理决策中。首先给出了基于直觉模糊Einstein混合平均算子的多属性群决策算法,提出了一种直觉模糊算子自适应位置赋权算法,然后结合产品规划的特点,分析了产品市场吸引力、竞争性评价和财务回报评估要素,建立了产品规划多属性群决策模型,最后通过算例分析验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。 In practical decision making, the independent decision makers are required and a comprehensive and fine descrip- tion method is demanded to represent objective things. The multi - attribute group decision making based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets was applied in enterprise production management. Firstly, a multi -attribute group decision making algorithm was put for- ward based on the new intuitionistic fuzzy Einstein hybrid averaging operator, and an adaptive algorithm for determining the intu- itionistic fuzzy operator weights was proposed. Secondly, according to characteristics of product planning, market attraction, com- petitive advantage evaluation and financial return were analyzed as evaluation elements. A multi - attribute group decision making model of product planning was presented. And finally, through the case study, the validity and feasibility of the proposed ap- proach were demonstrated.
