An Exploration of School-Enterprise Cooperation Training Mode for Communication Engineering

校企合作是高校培养应用型人才的有效模式,是实现企业、学校和学生三赢的重要举措;有利于学生的全面发展,实现学校的人才培养和社会需求无缝对接。从校企合作的内涵入手,分析了校企合作的现实意义,并在此基础上着重探讨了我校通信工程专业与中兴通讯公司校企合作的培养模式。

School-enterprise cooperation is an effective way of training practical talents , which creates synergy among all the three participant parties：enterprises, schools and students .It encourages the all -round development of students and realize the complete connection between talent -training and social demand .This paper seeks the significance of School -enterprise coopera-tion by looking into the real content of it .Based on this , it will put a emphasize on discussing the training mode of the cooperation built between the communication engineering department of our university and ZTE .
