瘦素与神经保护作用 被引量:1

摘要 瘦素是主要由脂肪组织合成分泌的多肽类激素,主要生理功能为调节能量代谢。在下丘脑中,瘦素与长型瘦素受体结合后,抑制了食欲,控制体重。瘦素受体被激活后,活化多种信号通路的关键分子如STAT3、PI3K、MAPK、CDK5和GSK3β等,形成分子信号通路网络,发挥生理功能。因此,瘦素抵抗还是肥胖症的首要因素瘦素。瘦素除了控制体重外,越来越多的研究表明,瘦素在认知和神经保护作用方面也具有重要作用,在中枢神经系统疾病如帕金森病、阿茨海默病、癫痫和缺血性脑中风中降低神经元退变,起到治疗作用,本文就瘦素的神经保护作用方面做一综述。
