研究IL - 18是否具有对造血功能调控的作用。采用常规分子生物学技术 ,从小鼠骨髓细胞中克隆了含信号肽序列的IL - 18,构建了表达载体。经序列测定表明所克隆的IL - 18序列与文献报道的一致 ,构建的真核表达载体正确。

To study whether IL-18 has effect on hemopoiesis.With usual molecular biology technique,we IL-18 gene was cloned including sequence coded signal peptide and construct its eukaryotic expression plasmid.The sequence of the cloning IL-18 is same as the published report and the construction of its eukaryotic expression plasmid is assasyed correct.
