摘要
以雅致枝霉AS3 34 56为出发菌株发酵生产γ- 亚麻酸 ,经过 2次 5-氟尿嘧啶、紫外线、氯化锂复合诱变处理 ,得到变异株TE7- 15,其菌体生物量提高了 10 12 % ,产脂率提高了 58 88% ,γ -亚麻酸产量提高了 117 2 8% ,达到 10 79 95mg/L ,已满足工业化生产的要求。
A mutant strain TE7-15 was successful obtained when the original strain Thamnidium elegans AS 3.3456 was treated by 5-FU,UV,LiCl as mutanting agent.The dry cell weight was 10.12% higher,the content of lipid was 58.88% higher and the content of γ-linolenic acid was 117.28% higher than that in the original strain.The content of γ-linolenic acid was up to 1079.95mg/L.It can meet the demands of industrial production.
