摘要
系统由重量采集器VT100获得重量信息,通过串行通信将数据上传到上位机,经过上位机智能软件处理后发送至PatrionPlus喷码控制器执行喷码。系统针对两种不同的数据格式,包括数据转换处理方法的设计、上位机VB智能软件的开发。使称重喷码系统具备智能化的串行通信能力和优化数据传输方式的特点。
At front end, the weight＂ data acquired and converted to digital type through weight acquisition unit VT100 is sent to PC, integrated by intelligent software, and then the integrated date is sent to PatrionPlus code-spraying controller. In addition, the design contains two kinds of communication format and the invention of processing program, which makes the data communication and transmission intelligent.
