摘要
光子计数技术(PCT)在现代检测技术已广泛应用,光子计数技术的核心器件是光电倍增管(PMT)。电倍增管的性能直接决定了光子计数系统的计数率。系统地介绍了PMT的供电电路设计、探讨了电容值和电阻值的决定因素等。实验结果表明:设计的电路性能稳定,PMT能输出高质量的信号。
Aiming at the photon counting technology (PCT), in the modem testing tee widely used, and the core component in photon counting technology is the photomultiplier tube (PMT). The performance of photomultiplier tube directly determines the counting efficiency of photon counting system. This paper introduces the PMT power supply circuit design, and discusses on the value of capacitance and resistance as the determining factor. The experimental results show that the design of the circuit performance is stable, PMT can output high quality signal.
