溪洛渡水电站左岸泄洪洞无压段上平段底板及60cm矮边墙混凝土施工技术

摘要 泄洪洞工程设计为大断面、大流量、高流速,对混凝土表面不平整度和抗冲耐磨要求高,温控防裂难度大。为保证底板及边墙交接部位的良好结合,工程施工过程中,通过研究采用"L"型模板,改进振捣、抹面、压光等施工工艺,保证了底板及边墙混凝土的施工质量和表面平整度,值得其他工程借鉴。 The spillway tunnel is designed as large section,high flow and high velocity,unevenness of concrete surface,so scour and abrasion resistance and temperature control and crack resistance are required. To ensure good connection between invert and side wall,L-shaped forms are used to improve vibration,finish and hard finish so as to ensure high construction quality and surface evenness of invert and side wall. This construction technology will give references to other similar projects.
