Channel Lining Construction Technology and Quality Control

南水北调工程面对工期紧、任务重、战线长、难度大等诸多因素的严峻考验,渠道衬砌施工水平参差不齐,施工组织困难,质量管理跨度大。通过对衬砌施工过程中各工序技术控制要点的研究,在施工过程中建立了质量管理体系,保证了渠道衬砌施工质量,减少了后期缺陷处理成本,为类似同等大型工程提供了参考和借鉴依据。

South-north Water Diversion Project faces great challenges,such as short construction period,heavy tasks,long distance and great difficulties and so on. Channel lining construction levels are different,construction organization is also difficult and quality management is so hard. However,studies were conducted for control points of different procedures during lining construction and quality management system was established during construction to ensure construction quality for channel lining and reduce cost for later defect treatment. This experience will give references for similar large-sized project.
