摘要
传统的碱式碳酸铋制备方法二氧化碳产出量大、泡沫多,工艺复杂繁琐。文章介绍了由硝酸铋与氨水和碳酸氢铵分步反应制备碱式碳酸铋的改进生产工艺,该工艺较原生产方法操作简单、易控制、省时、生产效率高、节约能源、产品纯度高。
The old preparation method of bismuth subcarbonate produces plenty of CO2 and foam, and technology is tedious and complicated. A new production method of bismuth subcarbonate is introduced in the paper. In the new method Bi(NO3 )3 reacts with NH3· H2O to results in BiO NO3· BiO NO3 which reacts with NH4HCO3 to results in (BiO) 2CO3·1/2H2O again. The new method has several advantages compare to the old one, such as simper manipu- lation, easily controlling, timesaving, high production efficiency, energy saving and high purity product.
