摘要
分析了铝土矿正浮选尾矿的性质,系统研究了正浮选尾矿处理含Pb(Ⅱ)废水,结果表明,对含Pb(Ⅱ)40 mg/L的废水,尾矿用量为5 g/L,处理时间为1 h,在pH>6.2的条件下,Pb(Ⅱ)去除率接近100%。通过动电位检测,尾矿吸附Pb(II)离子后,等电点从3.63升至5.86。溶液化学计算分析表明,尾矿去除铅离子的较佳吸附pH值为6.2,对应主要组分为Pb2+、PbOH+。
In eally that the this paper, the characteristics of bauxite positive railings are used to treat the waste water which flotation tailings are analyzed, and it is studied systemi- contains Pb ( Ⅱ ). The results show that the removal rate of Pb( Ⅱ ) reached nearly 100% under the following conditions:Pb( Ⅱ ) mass concentration of 40 mg/L in the waste water,tailings dosage of 5 g/L, treating time of 1 h, aqueous solution pH value 〉 6. 2. When the Pb ( Ⅱ ) was ab- sorped to the tailings, the isoelectric point of tailings which was tested by potentiodynamic method rose from 3.63 to 5.86. The solution chemistry calculations showed that the better adsorption pH for lead ions removed by tailings was 6. 2, corresponding to Pb^2 +, PbOH ^+ as the main components.
