摘要
根据首钢的发展历程,归纳出有轨铁水运输从复杂的铁路运输系统到简单的直线往返运输、从单纯的铁水移位到铁水位移过程与冶炼工艺相结合的4个发展阶段,不但体现了设计对铁水运输技术的不断创新和钢铁冶炼工艺对降能耗、低碳排、确环保的追求,而且在铁水运输界面技术的环节,从设计上采取了源头削减、过程控制和末端治理的措施。
According to the development history of Shougang group, this paper summarized four developing steps of the molten iron rail transportation systems, which is from the complex rail transportation system to the simple linear returning transportation and from a single transportation process to the combination of the molten iron transportation and smelting process. This development shows the design innovation of molten iron transportation technology and the pursuit of metallurgical process on reducing energy consumption, low carbon emission and environmental protection. What' s more, the interface technology of hot metal transportation takes some measures of the source reduction, process control and ending treatment.
