Selection and Application of Refractory Materials of New-Built Hot Blast Stove in Qiangang No. 1 Blast Furnace

系统对比了不同炉型结构热风炉的技术特点。迁钢公司在结合1号高炉风温需求的基础上，选用了改进型的顶燃式热风炉。通过改进筑炉施工方案和优化选择耐火材料，新建热风炉在投产初期运行正常、稳定。

This paper compares the technology characteristics of different types of hot blast stove systematically. Based on Qiangang No. 1 blast furnace hot air temperature demands, the improved top combustion type hot blast stove is used. Through improving the furnace construction scheme and optimizing the selection of refractory materials, the new-built hot blast stove runs stability at the beginning of operation.
