摘要
目的 :研究灯盏花总黄酮 ( EBF)和灯盏花醇提物对沙土鼠短暂性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 :采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉夹闭 10 min再灌注 5d,造成短暂性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型 ,观察 EBF和灯盏花醇提物对沙土鼠死亡率、卒中指数、脑电图 ( EEG)、脑组织钙、钠、水和脂质过氧化物 ( L PO)含量的影响。结果 :EBF和灯盏花醇提物 60 mg· kg-1灌胃能明显降低动物的卒中指数 ,减轻脑缺血再灌注损伤引起的脑水肿和脑缺血所致 EEG改变 ,促进再灌注后 EEG电位幅度的恢复 ,减轻大脑皮层组织钙钠累积及降低脑组织 L PO含量。结论 :EBF和灯盏花醇提物对脑缺血再灌注损伤均具有保护作用 ,且灯盏花醇提物作用强于 EBF。
AIM:To study the neuroprotective effects of Erigreon breviscapus flavonoids (EBF)and alcoholic extract of Erigreon breviscapus on transient cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in gerbils.METHOD:Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury model was produced by 10 min occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries followed by 5 d reperfusion in gerbils.The effects of EBF and alcoholic extract of Erigreon breviscapus on mortality,stroke index and calcium,sodium and water contents in gerbil brain cortex,as well as brain MDA content were observed.RESULTS:Both EBF and alcoholic extract of Erigreon breviscapus (60 mg·kg -1 ig)decreased the stroke index and the changes of EEG induced by ischemia,and markedly enhanced the recovery of EEG amplitude after reperfusion,attenuated the increase of the calcium,sodium and water contents of brain cortex,and reduced LPO content in gerbil brain during ischemia and reperfusion.CONCLUSION:EBF and alcoholic extract of Erigreon breviscapus have protective effects against ischemia reperfusion injury in gerbils.The effects of alcoholic extract of Erigreon breviscapus are stronger than that of EBF.
