不同剂量降纤酶治疗脑梗死的临床研究

Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Defibrase in Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的 观察不同剂量降纤酶对脑梗死的治疗效果。 方法 选择符合诊断标准的患者共 82例 ,分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 4 1例 ,用降纤酶 1 0 u溶于 1 0 0 ml生理盐水中静滴 ,每日 1次 ,连用 1 0天 ;对照组 4 1例 ,用降纤酶 5u溶于 1 0 0 ml生理盐水中静滴 ,每日 1次 ,连用 5天 ,比较两组患者用药前及治疗 1个月的疗效。 结果 治疗组总显效率 87.8% ,对照组为 56.1 % ,两组疗效比较有显著性差异 ( P <0 .0 5)。 结论 降纤酶对脑梗死有明显疗效 ,适当加大剂量 ,延长疗程 ,效果更好。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of defibrase on cerebral infarction. Methods 82 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into two groups,one group to treatment with 10 unit of defibrase intravenous dripping was applied in NS for 10 days(qd),the other group with 5 unit for 5 days(qd),The results were evaluated before the treatment and 30 days later. Results The effective rate was 87.8% in 10 unit of group and 56.1% in 5 unit of group.There was significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Defibrase is effective medicine for cerebral infarction,the effect is better,properly increase dosage,extend the time of treatment.
