基于Chaboche模型的金属材料稳态循环应力-应变曲线的本构建模方法 被引量:7

摘要 提出了一种以Ramberg-Osgood模型计算曲线作为试验曲线来建立描述金属材料稳态循环应力-应变曲线的Chaboche本构模型的方法,并采用TC11钛合金疲劳试验数据加以验证。结果表明:提出的建立金属材料稳态循环塑性本构模型的方法是可行的,采用建立的Chaboche模型可以较准确地描述金属材料的稳态循环应力、应变响应,与工程中常用的Ramberg-Osgood模型具有基本相同的描述效果;可方便将该模型应用于疲劳寿命预测时金属材料结构的有限元应力、应变分析。 A Chaboche constitutive modeling method for describing metal stable cyclic stress strain relationship was proposed based on test datum calculated from Ramberg-()sgood model, and was evaluated by TC11 titanium alloy test datum. The result shows the method used to describe metal stable cyclic plastic constitutive model was feasible. The Chaboche model can be used to accurately depict metal stable cyclic stress strain relationship. It had identical results with common Ramberg-Osgood model in Engineering. The Chaboche model was convenient for finite element stress-strain analysis for metal structures while predicting fatigue life.
