二甲双胍与甲状腺疾病 被引量：11

摘要 作为一种传统的口服降糖药，二甲双胍已应用于临床半个多世纪。近年来，有关二甲双胍与甲状腺疾病间联系的研究成为焦点。糖尿病患者常伴有甲状腺功能异常或甲状腺结节，二甲双胍治疗可引起甲状腺功能改变，并使甲状腺结节的体积变小。这一现象引起了诸多学者的注意，这类药物在甲状腺疾病治疗中的地位和作用值得进一步探讨。
