抗MICA抗体对心脏移植后排斥反应的影响
摘要
人类白细胞抗原(HLA)是较早被我们认识的基因,亦称主要组织相容性复合物(MHC),可分为HLA-I、HLA-Ⅱ及HLA-Ⅲ。HLA-A、HLA-B、HLA-C、HLA-DQ、HLA-DR是免疫抗原性较强的功能基因,其错配对器官移植后急性和慢性排斥反应的发生,以及受者远期存活率有着重要的影响,因此,在器官移植时我们希望得到这些基因匹配的器官。
