以颅内症状为首发的髓系肉瘤一例报告及文献复习 被引量：1

lntracranial sarcoma as the first symptom of myeloid sarcoma： a case report and literature review

摘要 髓系肉瘤是由髓系肿瘤细胞浸润骨髓以外组织构成的肿瘤，常伴发于白血病串者，也可先于白血病发生。发生于中枢神经系统者占全部系肉瘤的19%，而原发颅内者罕见。我们报告1例以颅内症状为首发的髓系肉瘤患者并对其诊断和治疗进行探讨。 病例资料 患者，男，27岁，主因“间断性头痛1年伴右大腿麻木2个月”于2012年11月8日以“髓系肉瘤”入院。2011年11月患者无明显诱因出现陈发性头痛，偶伴恶心呕吐，无肢体活动障碍，未诊治。
