宝钢汽车排气系统高温端用铁素体不锈钢开发 被引量:2

Development of ferritic stainless steels at Baosteel for the hot end of the exhaust system

摘要 随着对全球环境问题的关注,各国都对汽车尾气排放要求给予高度重视以减低对环境的危害。随着汽车燃油的经济性和汽车尾气排放的等级化要求不断提高,排放标准日益严格,汽车尾气温度也越来越高。铁素体不锈钢因其热膨胀系数低,具备较好的抗氧化和抗疲劳性能。介绍了宝钢汽车排气系统高温端用铁素体不锈钢的研发进展,重点介绍了14CrNb(429型)和18CrNb(441型)铁素体不锈钢的研发工作。 As more and more attention is paid to global environmental problems, regulations on automotive exhaust emission have been enforced in various countries to prevent air pollution and global warming. With increasingly high requirements on the automotive fuel economy and exhaust purification rate, the emission restriction standards tend to become severer and the maximum temperature of the exhaust gas tends to be higher. Ferritic stainless steels have good oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue property as their thermal expansion coefficient is small. This paper introduced the development of ferritic stainless steels at Baosteel for the hot end of the exhaust system, especially the development of 14CrNb (429 type) and 18CrNb (441 type) ferritic stainless steels.
