摘要
430BA板的退火过程是在纯氢气保护气氛的光亮炉中进行,其中露点是影响BA板表面质量的重要因素。通过电化学阳极极化曲线和腐蚀滴定试验方法,研究了露点对430BA板耐蚀性的影响,并结合GDS分析表面氧化膜的结构和铁铬平衡曲线分析了造成这种耐蚀性差别的原因。结果发现,露点高于-60℃时明显影响430BA板的耐蚀性,并且随着露点的提高,BA板的耐蚀性明显降低。露点越高,保护气氛的含H2O量就越高,促使了Cr的高温氧化,这种高温氧化膜对BA板的耐蚀性不利。
The annealing process for 430BA plates is conducted in the bright furnace with a pure H2 atmosphere, and the dew point of the atmosphere is an important influencing factor on the finish surface of plates. The influence of the dew point on the corrosion resistance of 430BA plates were investigated by anodic polarization curves and corrosion titration, and the cause for corrosion resistance difference was analysed with the Fe - Cr equilibrium curves and the structure of the surface oxide film determined by GDS. The results show that the corrosion resistance is influenced significantly by a dew point above - 60℃ and decreases with the increase of the dew point. A higher dew point indicates a higher moisture content, which accelerates the high temperature oxidation of Cr. The high temperature oxidation film is harmful to the corrosion resistance.
