大脑中浅静脉的显微解剖学研究 被引量:1

摘要 外侧裂的静脉引流形式是非常多样的^[1-4],大脑中浅静脉是外侧裂比较恒定的引流静脉,它通常与上矢状窦和横窦分别通过Trolard静脉、Labbe静脉相联系。在经翼点入路行Willis环前部动脉瘤夹闭显微手术,颅前窝、颅中窝肿瘤切除手术中.经外侧裂分开额叶和颞叶是暴露鞍区结构的基础,经过外侧裂的静脉有时会妨碍手术入路。在以往的显微手术中,对外侧裂区的动脉尤为重视,但忽略了外侧裂静脉的损伤,引起难治的术后静脉性水肿,造成严重的并发症。
