摘要
海洋软体动物组织中存在铁的生物矿化 ,并且部分矿化组织含有生物磁铁矿 (Fe3O4) ,就无脊椎动物组织中的铁生物矿化及Fe3O4 形成机理的研究作一综合介绍。
Marine mollusks are a great number of invertebrates which do not possess a notochord at any stages of their development. These mollusks have a great diversity in size shape and lifestyle. The radulae are their major feeding organ. Within their developments, iron biomineralization emerges in some tissues especial the radula. These biominerals play important roles in their metabolism and iron minerals possess different biological functions in tissues. Studies of iron biominerals in marine mollusks are concerned with the identification of the mineral phases and biological function. Two groups of mollusks have been investigated more detailed in the studies of iron biomineralizaton. They are chitons and limpets (Gastropod), their radular teeth deposite several iron minerals-goethite (αFeOOH), maghemite (γFe2O3), lepidocrocite (γFeOOH), ferrihydrite (5Fe2O3·9H2O), a magnetite (Fe3O4). The report presents a comprehensive introduction of the iron biominerals studies.
