摘要
胸腺肽α1(thymosinα1,Tα1)是从胸腺素组分5(thymosin fraction 5,TF5)中分离纯化的热稳定酸性多肽,具有较高的免疫增强活性及刺激血管内皮细胞迁移、促进血管生成和伤口愈合等作用,已用于乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、恶性肿瘤以及免疫缺陷疾病等的临床治疗和研究中。本文对层析技术在3种Tα1生产方法(生物提取法、化学合成法、基因工程法)中的应用作一综述,以期为提高Tα1的生产水平提供参考。
As a heat-stable acidic polypeptide extracted from thymosin fraction 5 (TFS), thymosin ctl (Tαl) shows strong immnnopotentiation, which stimulates the migration of vascular endothelial ceils, promotes angiogenesis and healing of wound, and has been used for the clinical treatment of hepatitis B, hepatitis C, malignant tumor and immunodeficiency dis- ease. This article discusses the role of chromatography technologies in three production methods, i. e. biological extraction, chemical synthesis and genetic engineering method, so as to provide a reference for increasing the production level of Tαl.
