化生性乳腺癌23例临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 化生性乳腺癌是一类罕见的乳房恶性肿瘤,其发病率约占所有类型乳腺癌的0.02％ ～ 1％.我院自2001-2011年收治了23例化生性乳腺癌,占同期乳腺癌的0.4％,现总结报道如下. 临床资料 1.一般资料：所有患者均为女性,年龄32 ～ 80岁,中位年龄49岁.所有患者均以乳房无痛性肿物收住.病程2d～12个月.除3例为活检术后,其余肿物直径1.5～6 cm,平均3.2cm.据国际抗癌联盟标准,T1 4例,T2 13例,T32例,T41例（系因出现皮肤受侵）.有4例可临床触及腋下淋巴结.
