EGF对HaCaT细胞中神经元限制性沉默因子表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 表皮生长因子(epithelialgrowthfactor,EGF)在皮肤的发育、稳态维系和创伤修复中起重要作用。EGF能够通过与受体结合激活下游信号通路,促进角质形成细胞的增殖,此过程中涉及多种转录调控因子的参与,其中包括Kruppel转录因子家族的神经元限制性沉默因子(neuron—restrictivesilencingfac—tor,REST/NRSF),REST能够与NRSE/RE1(neuron—restrictivesilencerelement,NRSE;又称repressorelement1,RE1)等序列结合,使组蛋白去乙酰化,阻遏基因转录。
