摘要 目的:检测成年小鼠巢蛋白在室周器官细胞的表达及其意义。方法:成年BALB/c雄性小鼠,免疫组织化学检测巢蛋白在室周器官细胞的表达。结果:巢蛋白在最后区、正中隆起、穹隆下器、连合下器和脉络丛细胞均有表达。大部分巢蛋白阳性表达细胞有长短不一的胞突。结论:在成年小鼠室周器官分布有大量的巢蛋白阳性表达细胞,表明成年小鼠室周器官可能存在具有增殖和分化潜能的神经干细胞/祖细胞。 Objective: To observe the expression of nestin positve cells in the adult mouse circumventricular organs (CVOs) and subventricular zone and discuss its significance. Methods: CVOs of adult mice (aged 7-8 weeks, male) after conventional heart perfusion were detected by immunohistochemical staining for nestin positive cells. Results: The nestin positive cells were found in area postrema, median eminence, subfornical organ, subcommissural organ, and choroid plexus. A majority of nestin positively expressing cells had a long or short process. Conclusion: Abundent nestin positively expressing cells were found in CVOs of adult mice, suggesting the existence of the neural stem/progenitor cells, which can proliferate and differentiate into new neurons and/or glia cells. A part of nestin positively expressing cells may be nestin expressing neurons or glia cells.
