滋肾益脑方对肾阴虚抑郁模型大鼠磷酸化的环磷酸腺苷反应元件结合蛋白表达的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨中药复方滋肾益脑方对抑郁大鼠磷酸化的环磷酸腺苷反应元件结合蛋白(p-CREB)表达的影响。方法:制备肾阴虚抑郁动物模型后,随机分为空白组,模型组,氟西汀组,滋肾益脑方中、高剂量组,采用免疫组织化学检测p-CREB表达。结果:与空白组比较,抑郁模型大鼠海马内p-CREB表达降低;药物组中以滋肾益脑方高剂量组海马内pCREB表达方面最明显。结论:滋肾益脑方具有抗抑郁、保护神经元的作用。 Objective= To investigate the effects of Zi-shen-yi-nao mixture on p-CREB expression of a depression model with kidney-yin deficiency in rats. Methods: Kidney-yin deficiency models were established, and the rats were randomly divided into a blank group, a model group, a fluoxetine group, a medium dose group of Zi-shen-yi-nao, and a high-dose group of Zi- shen-yi-nao. The p-CREB expression was detected with an immunohistochemical method. Results: Compared with the control group, the hippocampal p-CREB expression was significantly reduced in the model group, and reached the lowest in the high- dose group of Zi-shen-yi-nao. Conclusion: Zi-shen-yi-nao has effects of anti-depression and neuron protection.
