摘要
目的:探讨肝内多管道灌注技术在血管造影及血管三维可视化的可行性。方法:采用自凝牙托材料和羧甲基纤维素/氧化铅填充剂分别对肝门静脉和肝静脉进行灌注。运用64排螺旋CT薄层扫描,采集二维图像数据,利用Mimics10.01软件对肝内管道系统进行可视化重建。结果:重建的肝内管道系统主干和分支显影均匀,边缘光滑,层次分明。该模型能同时对肝门静脉和肝静脉进行任意方位的旋转,并以多彩色的形式表现,能清晰地显示出全方位的解剖结构。结论:以自凝牙托材料和羧甲基纤维素/氧化铅填充剂作为灌注材料,可使CT扫描在标本上获得高质量的肝内多管道影像。此法简便可行,能够为标本管道三维可视化提供理想的技术支持。
Objective: To evaluate the 3D visualization of multiple intra-hepatic vessels using perfusion into the liver. Methods: The intra-hepatic vessels were perfused with self-curing denture base material and the mixture carboxymethyl cellulose and lead oxide. 2D images were obtained from the 64 slice spiral CT thin layer scanning data, the 3D reconstructions of the liver and intra hepatic vessels were obtained by using Mimics 10. 01 software. Results: 3D visualization of the intra- hepatic vessels got very clear 3D vascular reconstruction images,which were smooth-edged and well-structured. The models of portal vein and hepatic veins could be shown by revolving the 3D images with different directions and displayed by different colors, also could be viewed in any directions. Conclusion: Perfusion with self-curing denture base material and the'mixture carboxymethyl cellulose and lead oxide enables high-quality imaging of the intrahepatic vessels. So it can be applied as a feasible and easy method for 3D reconstruction of the vessels.
