摘要
目的:详细阐述薄层塑化技术要点,比较进口环氧树脂与国产环氧树脂(特宁)塑化标本的特点。方法:选取犬头标本1个,将其连续矢状位切片,并按切片顺序分为奇数组与偶数组,经脱水、脱脂、浸胶、裱片、硬化等步骤制作薄层塑化切片,在浸胶过程中奇数组选用进口环氧树脂;偶数组选用国产环氧树脂,其他实验步骤2组完全相同。结果:在浸胶反应的早期、中期、晚期,国产组产生的气泡明显要比进口组速度快而且数量多,国产环氧树脂具有更低的黏稠度和更高的渗透性。国产环氧树脂与进口环氧树脂具有相似的质量和特性。国产环氧树脂组切片与进口环氧树脂组切片相比可能组织回缩更小、透明度更好、组织间分辨率更高。结论:国产环氧树脂与进口环氧树脂有着相似的质量和特性,制作出的产品都有很好的透明度和组织分辨率,但国产环氧树脂相比具有较低的黏稠度,渗透性更强,可能制成产品组织回缩更小、透明度和组织分辨率更高。
Objective: To compare the plastination features of the Biodur and Chinese PlastMat epoxy. Methods: One canine head was used in this study. The specimen was cut into a series of 2. 5 3 mm thick sagittal sections. The serial sections were numbered and divided into two groups: odd and even number groups. After dehydration, degreasing, impregnation and curing, the sections were finished. The sections of the odd number group were placed in the Biodur E12 mixture in a plastic box, whereas the sections of the even number group were placed in PlastMat epoxy resin mixture in another plastic box. Other steps in the two groups were exactly the same. Results: (1) At the early, middle, and late stages of impregnation, bubbling in the PlastMat epoxy resin container appeared faster and more than that in the Biodur epoxy resin container. (2) Compared to the Biodur resin, PlastMat epoxy resin had a less viscosity and a more permeability. (3) The specimen that was prepared with PlastMat epoxy resin had a similar quality as Biodur products, but appeared to be of better transparency, less tissue retraction and better tissue differentiation. Conclusion : PlastMat epoxy resin has a similar quality as Biodur products and produces sheet plastinates with good transparency and tissue differentiation.
