摘要
目的:研究糖尿病患者的指纹纹型分布,并与正常人群作比较,为临床医学提供基础皮纹学参数。方法:对260例河北地区糖尿病患者印泥拓取法采集指纹,放大镜下鉴定。结果:糖尿病患者的指纹参数值,斗形纹(w)占49.77%,箕形纹(L)占47.85%,弓形纹(A)占2.39%。男性患者A型纹频率、w型纹频率与女性患者相比,差异有统计学意义。A形纹多见于示指,其次是拇指。L多见于示指。L多见于小指,其次是中指。W多见于环指。双手十指同纹型的频率为18.46%。一手五指纹型组合频率为OLW(59.62%)〉同型组合(30.38%)〉ALO(5%)〉ALW(4.23%)〉AOW(o.77%)。对应手指纹型组合频率为W/W(40.62%)〉L/L(37.23%)〉L/w(18.31%)〉A/L(2.92%)〉A/A(0.92%)。糖尿病患者对应手指同型组合频率为78.77%。结论:糖尿病患者指纹纹型分布具有特异性,且男性和女性间有一定的差别。
Objective: To study the distribution of fingerprint patterns of 260 diabetics among Han nationality population in Hebei, compare the fingerprints with normal population distribution, and provide normal parameters for clinical medicine. Methods: Fingerprints were obtained using inkless method and identified by magnifier. Results: The values of the fingerprint patterns on the diabetics from Hebei were reported. The frequency of W was 49. 77%, of L was 47. 85%, and of A was 2.39%. The frequencies of A patterns and W patterns of male patients compared to the female patients (1.32%) showed a significant difference. A was mainly distributed in the index fingers, and then in the thumb fingers. Lr was mainly distributed in the index fingers. Lu was mainly distributed in the little fingers, and then in the middle fingers. W was mainly distributed in the ring fingers. The frequency of same fingerprint pattern of a person's two hands was 18. 46%. The frequencies of combination of the fingerprint patterns in one hand were OLW (59. 62%) 〉combination of same types (30. 38%)〉ALO (5 G)%〉ALW (4.23 %)〉〉AOW (0. 77 %). The frequencies of combination of fingerprint patterns on corresponding fingers were W/W (40.62 %)〉L/I. (37.23G)〉L/W (18.31%)〉A/L (2.92%)〉A/A (0.92%o). The frequency of same pattern combination of fingerprint patterns on the corresponding fingers was 78. 77%. Conclusion: There is specificity in the distribution of fingerprint patterns of diabetics, and some difference between male and female.
