足外侧柱延长术治疗平足症的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 平足症是指各种原因引起的足弓塌陷等足的畸形。平足畸形是一种复杂的病理状态，包括前足、中足和后足的改变，而平足症则指患者不仅存在平足畸形，而且出现了临床症状如疼痛不适、行走无力等。平足症分类方法较多：按疾病的原因可分为静态畸形、关节炎畸形及神经肌肉病变，按遗传可分为先天性平足症和后天性平足症。
